So bin ich jetzt seit über einem Jahr Etsy-Shop-Besitzer. Ich habe auf dem Weg so viel gelernt und das Geld, das ich verdiene, wieder in meinen wunderbaren Laden investiert. Ich war endlich in der Lage, meine Kameraausrüstung zu aktualisieren und gehe langsam durch meinen Shop, nehme Produktbilder auf, um meinen erstaunlichen Kunden ein besseres Einkaufserlebnis zu bieten. Ich plane nun, für meine Hochzeit zu sparen und hoffe, dass ein Teil des Erlöses aus dem Verkauf, diese wunderschönen handgefertigten Quilts, in unseren Traumtag fließen wird.

Ich habe gelernt, dass es sehr wichtig ist, meinen Shop hier und da zu optimieren und sich Zeit dafür zu nehmen. Ich verbringe so viel Zeit meiner Freizeit mit meinem Gesicht, das in meinem Stoffvorrat vergraben ist, und arbeite an meiner Maschine, dass ich es oft vergesse. Allerdings sind meine handgefertigten Patchwork-Baby-Quilts, Lap-Quilts, Tischläufer und Weihnachts-Tischläufer erstaunlich! Ich schenke jedem einzelnen Quilt, den ich mache, jedes bisschen Sorgfalt und Aufmerksamkeit. Das liegt daran, dass ich eine Mutter, eine Kundin und ein ehrlicher Mensch bin, der das Beste will und mein Bestes geben will!

Als wir in die Frühlings- / Sommersaison gingen, beschloss ich, einen neuen aufstrebenden Trend zu erforschen ... Boho Baby! Der Boho-Trend ist immer ein Muss, Frühjahrs- / Sommerkollektion in der Modewelt und es scheint, dass Mütter auch nicht genug bekommen können. Ich füge meinen Quilts jetzt mehr von meinem eigenen Stil hinzu, während ich meine Fähigkeiten entwickle, also halte bitte Ausschau nach meinem Boho-Sortiment. Ich habe bereits zwei Boho-Baby-Quilts und einen Lap-Quilt hinzugefügt. Ich habe zuvor eine Auswahl an Hippie-Baby-Quilts und einen coolen 90er-Jahre-Grunge-Baby-Quilt gemacht. Ich mag es, die Norm, was ein traditioneller Kindergarten sein sollte, völlig in Frage zu stellen. Wenn Sie alternative Stile lieben, dann schauen Sie bitte immer wieder in meinem Shop vorbei, denn ich bin immer bereit, verschiedene und einzigartige Artikel sowie einige der traditionelleren zu liefern. Ich habe auch ein paar alte Kinderzimmer-Favoriten hinzugefügt und habe eine schöne Auswahl an Shabby Chic Baby Quilts und einen Shabby Chic Becherteppich.

HIER IST EIN WENIG DARÜBER, WIE MEIN BESCHEIDENER SHOP FUNKTIONIERT!

Ich liebe es absolut zu kreieren und ich kann es kaum erwarten, einen Ausflug in den Stoffladen zu machen und Stoffe zu vergleichen, um zu sehen, wie gut sie funktionieren. Ich wähle alle meine Stoffe von Hand aus meinem lokalen Stoffgeschäft aus. Ich denke, es ist so wichtig, meine lokale Gemeinschaft zu unterstützen.

Crafting gibt mir einen echten Buzz!! Ich liebe es besonders, gesteppte Babydecken herzustellen! Die Wahl der Farben und Stoffe macht einfach so viel Spaß. Wenn ich nach Hause komme, habe ich normalerweise mehrere Stoffbündel und es ist schwer zu entscheiden, welches Projekt zuerst beginnen soll.

Manchmal habe ich alles, was ich brauche, und mache einfach einen handgefertigten oder gesteppten Tischläufer aus den Stoffen, die ich ausgewählt habe. Andere Male trete ich einen Schritt zurück und habe das Gefühl, dass etwas fehlt. Dann bin ich direkt in meinem Vorrat und überprüfe, was mit den Stoffen funktioniert, die ich ausgewählt habe. Einige meiner hausgemachten Quilts sind geplant, aber andere sind ein Arbeitsfortschritt, weil ich möchte, dass sie das Beste sind, was sie sein können. Ich bin ein Elternteil und ich weiß, dass jedes Kind ein kleiner Schatz ist! Sie möchten, dass Ihr kleiner Prinz oder Ihre kleine Prinzessin das Beste hat, und das ist es, was ich liefern möchte.

Ich habe schon so viele Themen behandelt, das beliebteste und gefragteste Thema im Moment ist der Woodland Baby Quilt. Obwohl ich immer noch meinen eigenen Stil entwickle, recherchiere ich immer noch gerne die neuesten Trends und setze manchmal meinen eigenen AngiesPatch-Twist auf sie. Ich versuche auch, dem Trend voraus zu sein und ich werde von vielen Dingen beeinflusst, die ich um mich herum sehe. Ihr könnt meinen 90er-Jahre-Grunge-Quilt sehen! Dies wurde von einem Einkaufsbummel mit meiner Tochter inspiriert.

Ich habe eine umfangreiche Sammlung von Baby-Quilts für Jungen, Mädchen und geschlechtsneutral gemacht. Ich habe eine kleinere Sammlung von Tischläufern und handgefertigten Schoßquilts gemacht, da ich den Markt auf diesen Artikeln teste. Ich habe eine neue Reihe von Weihnachtstischläufern und etwas Weihnachtsammer und in letzter Zeit eine doppelte Eichhörnchendecke hinzugefügt! Ich mache mehr, wenn ich sie verkaufe, und ich nehme kundenspezifische Bestellungen für alles an, was ich vielleicht verkauft habe, bevor Sie die Chance hatten, sie zu kaufen.

Ich bin ziemlich neu im Verkaufen und finde immer noch meine Füße, obwohl ich meine bisherige Reise absolut liebe und auf dem Weg einige fabelhafte und kreative Freunde gefunden habe! Obwohl ich ziemlich neu bin, ist mein Kundenservice tadellos und ich möchte Ihr Einkaufserlebnis unvergesslich machen.

Alle Babydecken / Babydecken, Tischläufer und handgefertigten Quilts, die in meinem Shop aufgeführt sind, sind bereits innerhalb von 1-3 Werktagen hergestellt und versandfertig. Ich hasse es, untätig zu sitzen und liebe es, neue und interessante Designs zu kreieren.

So I have now been an Etsy shop owner for over a year. I have learned so much along the way and invested the money I make, back into my wonderful shop. I finally was able to update my camera equipment and am slowly going through my shop, retaking product images, to give my amazing customers a better shopping experience. I now plan to save for my wedding and hope that some of the proceeds from selling, these gorgeous handmade quilts, will go towards our dream day.

I have learned that it is very important to tweak my shop here and there and to make time to do it. I spend so much of my spare time with my face buried in my fabric stash and working on my machine, that I often forget. Having said that my handmade patchwork baby quilts, lap quilts, table runners and Christmas table runners are amazing! I take every bit of care and attention to every single quilt I make. This is because I'm a mum, a customer and an honest human being who wants the best and wants to give my best!

As we headed into the season of spring/ summer, I decided to explore a new up and coming trend... bohemian baby! The boho trend is always a must have, spring/ summer collection in the fashion world and it seems mums can't get enough either. I am adding more of my own style to my quilts now as I develop my skills, so please keep looking out for my bohemian range. I have already added two boho baby quilts and a lap quilt. I have previously made a selection of hippie baby quilts and a cool 90s grunge baby quilt. I like to completely challenge the norm of what a traditional nursery should be. If you love alternative styles then please keep checking in at my shop because I am always ready to deliver different and unique items, as well as some of the more traditional. I have also added a few old nursery favourites and have a beautiful range of shabby chic baby quilts and a shabby chic mug rug.

SO HERE IS A LITTLE ABOUT HOW MY HUMBLE SHOP WORKS!

I absolutely love creating and I can't wait to take a trip to the fabric store and start comparing fabrics to see how well they work. I hand select all my fabrics from my local fabric store. I think it's so important to support my local community.

Crafting gives me a real buzz!! I especially love making quilted baby blankets! The choice of colors and fabrics are just so much fun. When I arrive home, I usually have several bundles of fabric and its hard to pick which project to begin first.

Sometimes I have all I need and just make a baby quilt handmade or quilted table runner from the fabrics I've picked. Other times, I step back and feel there is something missing. Then, I am straight into my stash, checking what works with the fabrics I've picked. Some of my homemade quilts are planned but others are a working progress because I want them to be the best that they can be. I am a parent and I know that every child is a little treasure! You want your little prince or princess to have the best, and that is what I aim to deliver.

I have already covered so many themes, the most popular and requested theme at the moment is the woodland baby quilt. Even though I am still developing my own style, I still like to research the latest trends and, at times, put my own AngiesPatch twist on them. I also try to get ahead of the trend and I am influenced by a lot of things I see around me. You may see my 90s grunge quilt! This was inspired by a shopping trip with my daughter.

I have made a substantial collection of baby quilts for boys, girls and gender neutral. I have made a smaller collection of table runners and handmade lap quilts as I'm kinda testing the market on these items. I have added a new range of Christmas table runner and some Christmas bunting and, more recently, a double squirrel quilt! I do make more as I sell them and I do take custom orders on anything I may have sold before you have had chance to buy them.

I am fairly new to selling, and still finding my feet, although I am absolutely loving my journey so far and I have made some fabulous and creative friends along the way! Even though I am fairly new, my customer service is impeccable and I aim to make your shopping experience memorable.

All the baby quilts/ baby blankets, table runners and handmade quilts that are listed in my shop, are already made and ready to ship within 1-3 business days. I hate to sit idle and love creating new and interesting designs.
