星 5 個のうち 5 個I’m honestly impressed! The rug looks even better in real life than in the photos. The quality, colors, and details are amazing — you can really feel it’s handmade. It completely transformed my space and gave it a warm, authentic vibe. Shipping was fast and the seller was very helpful. If you’re thinking about buying, just do it — you won’t regret it!

星 5 個のうち 1 個Turns out this shop is a scammer . He encourages you to place an order and after placing an order he comes back asking for more money and going on about extra costs for shipping. Then needless to say a customer would refuse that and cancel the order, but after doing so he refuses to issue a refund . Nothing but a scammer. Took 80 dollars Au and only shipped me a bar of soaps I couldn’t believe my eyes . Currently have reported his shop to Etsy for policy violations.

We respectfully disagree with this review. This buyer is someone we know personally and this was her first purchase from our shop. The original order was for a Moroccan rug, which was prepared and shipped, and the buyer initially left a positive review with photos, confirming receipt of the rug. Unfortunately, a personal misunderstanding occurred afterward, and the review was later changed. At no point do we send unrelated items instead of rugs, and we strongly deny the claims made here. We have clear proof (photos and shipment records) of the rug that was sent and are happy to share this information with Etsy if required. Our shop has been built with honesty, transparency, and respect for our customers, and we remain fully committed to Etsy’s policies and customer satisfaction.
