Most readings are delivered within a few hours, and all are delivered within 24 hours unless stated otherwise. If I need additional details, I’ll contact you through Etsy Messages. Otherwise, silence means I’m working on your chart.

📌 2. How will I receive my reading?

All readings are digital items. Nothing physical will be shipped.
Your report will be sent directly via Etsy Messages as a high-quality PDF.

Reading length varies depending on the service selected. Detailed reports are delivered as high-quality PDF files via Etsy Messages.

First, check Etsy Messages. If nothing has arrived and 24 hours have passed, feel free to contact me; I’ll resend the reading or help locate it.

📌 3. I received a “files ready to download” email, but nothing is there. Why?

Etsy sometimes sends automatic emails for digital products.
If I haven't personally messaged you yet, it means your reading is still in progress. Just wait - I will send your completed reading directly to you via Etsy Messages once it’s ready.

📌 4. What information do you need for my reading?

For astrology readings, please include:

- Date of birth
- Exact birth time
- Birth location

For tarot, psychic, or pet soul readings:

- Your question(s)
- Names of any people or pets involved
- Any relevant background information you'd like me to consider

No problem. I can still create a meaningful reading using your approximate time or “unknown birth time” techniques. Just let me know.

📌 6. Do you offer gift readings?

Yes! You can order for someone else by sharing their birth details.
I can also prepare a gift message or help you create a gift certificate if needed.

📌 7. Can I cancel or request a refund?

You may cancel within 1 hour of purchase.
Once a personalized reading has been created and delivered, refunds are not guaranteed. If something in your reading feels unclear, you’re always welcome to message me. I’m happy to clarify or offer additional insight.

📌 8. Is this reading written by AI or generated automatically?

No. Every reading is written personally based on your unique birth chart.
Astrology software is used only to calculate the chart itself.
The interpretation and analysis are written by me for your specific birth data.

📌 9. I think my reading contains incorrect birth data. What should I do?

If the mistake is on my end, I will correct it immediately and provide a revised reading. If incorrect information was provided during purchase, the reading will need to be reordered with the correct details.

📌 10. Can I ask follow-up questions about my reading?

Yes. You’re welcome to ask short clarifying questions about your reading.

My readings combine psychological astrology with timing insights. Astrology reveals patterns, cycles, and potentials rather than fixed predictions.
