I never got the item. I was very excited. I was refunded the money but was not told why.

Communication was easy, quick, and consistent from ordering to receiving. Shipping was fast. We're very happy with our iron, it's a great size and perfect for what we need it for.

I was excited to receive this item, It did ship in a timely manner. Unfortunately it arrived damaged. Some of the edges were bent and the paint had come off. I contacted the seller and sent pictures. I said he could send me some paint to fix the item. The seller said that wouldn't work because it wouldn't look right. He would send me a new one. I told him it was minor damage and since it was a pricey item he could just discount my purchase price. Seller didn't want to do that. So I am still waiting on receiving a new undamaged item. In the beginning of the process the customer service was great. But I haven't heard anything in a while and don't think I'll be getting a replacement.

Last year I asked several metal shops to make custom Christmas ornaments for me but was rejected by all. I stumbled upon this shop this year and reluctantly asked if he was able to create these. He immediately responded with a yes and quickly made these exactly to my liking and shipped very quickly. My little girl and little cowboy were so excited to give to their dad today to hang on our tree. These will be keepsake ornaments the kids can pass on one day I’m so glad I found this shop🤠🎄
