⏱️ What’s the processing time for orders?
Most orders are made to order and are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
For larger or bulk orders, processing time may be slightly longer depending on quantity and current workload.

🚚 Do you offer faster shipping?
Yes. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked services.
At checkout, you can choose between:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – standard tracked delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – faster tracked delivery (upgrade)
Both options include tracking, which is automatically provided once your order is dispatched.
If you need an order urgently, feel free to message me before ordering, and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
✏️ Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact me as soon as possible.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible, especially for custom or personalised items.
📦 What if my item arrives damaged?
I take great care in packaging all orders securely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me with photos, and I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
📦 Can I order in bulk?
Yes, absolutely. Bulk orders are welcome.
Simply select the required quantity or bundle option.
For large orders, please allow a little extra processing time so everything can be produced and checked properly.
If you’re planning a large or custom bulk order, feel free to message me in advance.
🎨 Are colours exactly the same as shown?
All items are 3D printed, and colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.
For bulk orders or colour-critical items, you’re welcome to message me before ordering to confirm availability.

All products are designed and 3D printed in the UK using high-quality materials.
Because items are printed layer by layer, fine layer lines may be visible, which is normal and part of the 3D printing process.
