If your package arrives damaged or is unsatisfactory in any other way, please let me know. I take great pride in my work and will only be satisfied if you are. We can make arrangements for a return and full refund (including shipping costs) for ANY reason.

My shop accepts payment through Etsy and Paypal. Buyers living in Denver (like me!) will be charged 7.62% sales tax and buyers elsewhere in the state of Colorado will be charged 2.9% sales tax.

My little creations are packaged very prettily and safely for their travels. All items are sent within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment, by way of USPS First Class. You can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment if you live in the continental United States or 7-14 business days if you live outside the continental United States. Both because the Postal Service is so reliable and to keep shipping costs low, I do not automatically purchase tracking for shipping. However, if you require a tracking number, please contact me before or at the time of purchase to request it.

The shipping and handling fees cover the cost of postage and the cost of the envelope. If you would prefer a different shipping or delivery method, please contact me and I will be happy to work with you!

I make every effort to be as environmentally and economically sustainable as possible. My paintings are created here in my home in Denver, Colorado and I do not use pigments containing heavy metals in my paints. I use professional printing services in the US to create my archival prints and postcards. I purchase my supplies as locally as possible. And, I reuse and recycle packaging and labeling materials whenever possible, while still ensuring your artwork arrives in a safe and pretty little bundle.
