Regarding the printed pages: after reviewing your photo, it looks like the pages were not properly aligned during assembly. When assembled following the included guidelines, the pattern lines do match correctly and the pattern can be used as intended. Misalignment can create gaps or overlaps, but this is easily corrected. We take great care in creating accurate patterns and clear instructions. Please feel free to reach out — we're always happy to assist!

As noted clearly in the product listing (in CAPITAL LETTERS), instructions are not included because pattern blocks are intended to be customized into various final designs, which makes step-by-step directions impractical. All our blocks are tested to ensure they fit correctly as drafted. We’re always happy to assist and encourage customers to reach out if they encounter any issues—it's the best way for us to help resolve concerns quickly and effectively. In this case, we reached out to the buyer offering assistance, but they declined further support. We genuinely appreciate all feedback and are always here to help if contacted directly.
