Beautyisle answered all of my questions quickly and professionally and then thanked me for my purchase The shop owner is soooo sweet. Buy from this shop you will not be disappointed!!!

Hubo un problema al principio, pero Beautyisle se encargó de ello de inmediato y fue muy agradable trabajar con él. Estaba casi nerviosa por plantear un problema con la forma en que operan otras compañías de cabello, ¡pero ella era muy dulce y se ocupaba de los negocios!

Beautparlour has been very timely as far as getting me in for consultation and appointment. The quality of hair is definitely high quality. The owner was able to incorporate my desired style with her expertise and successfully customized something that fit my personal style. I highly recommend this place. Will be in touch for some more bundles :)

Patrick did NOT receive my wig AND I refunded him. He stated his daughter bought the wig by mistake, okay. when the payment went through he said I should ship the wig out to a different address and gave me his number to communicate with him outside of this platform. of-course I did not do that because he's a scam. If I shipped to a different address he would say he didn't receive it and the case would be ruled in his favor because it's not the address on file. I still gave Patrick 24hrs to confirm if I should ship to the address on file but no response. Im new to this platform so when i refunded him his money I forgot to cancel the order so he was able to review me. I'm not sure why Etsy allows reviews for refunded items.
