WE'VE BEEN MAKING DIAMOND JEWELRY SINCE 2015
BENIYAZ LAB GROWN is a small workshop in Surat, India — the city where a
very large share of the world's diamonds are cut, polished and set. We
have been making fine jewelry here since 2015, by hand, with our own
craftsmen and our own tools.
Etsy is where we now bring that work directly to you, without the layers
that usually sit between a workshop and the person who actually wears the
piece.
WHY LAB GROWN DIAMONDS
A lab grown diamond is a diamond, grown in a laboratory instead of taken
out of the ground. Same carbon crystal structure, same hardness, same
brilliance and fire as a mined stone — the difference is where it was
created, not what it is. Because it is grown rather than mined, the price
per carat is dramatically lower. That is the whole reason a 1 carat centre
stone is now something a normal person can actually own.
We say this plainly on every listing, because United States law requires
that a laboratory-created diamond is always described as one. You will
never see us call a stone something it isn't.
YOU SEE YOUR PIECE BEFORE IT IS MADE
This is the part we are proudest of, and it is why we work made-to-order
instead of holding stock:
1. You place your order. We design your piece and send you a 3D CAD render
to approve.
2. Once the CAD is approved, we send you photos and video of the actual
lab grown diamonds going into your piece.
3. We craft it by hand and keep you updated at every stage of making.
4. Before it ships, we send final photos and video. It leaves our workshop
only when you confirm you are happy.
If something is not right at any stage, we change it. Nothing is made or
shipped until you have seen it and said yes.

An independent IGI laboratory report and a certified stone are available
as a separate option on our listings, so you only pay for it if you want
it. We would rather tell you that upfront than have you find out after
your parcel arrives.
HOW LONG IT TAKES
Roughly 7-9 business days of crafting from your CAD approval, then 5-6
days of express delivery — about 12-15 days from approval to your door.
