5 out of 5 starsUsing this has been really helpful. It's easy to understand and I didn't have to wade through a bunch of stuff trying to figure out what to use. I use it all. It takes as little or as much time as I want to spend so I've been able to stick with it. It helps me stay on track, and I get more from my sessions because it helps me stay on top of what's going on in my life.

It helps me actually use what I’m working on in therapy during my week instead of forgetting everything once I leave the office. I feel more grounded, organized, and intentional in my growth. It’s like having a gentle guide with me at home.

What exactly will I receive with my order?
This is a digital product. You’ll receive PDFs and/or PNG files depending on the listing—no physical items will be shipped. Each product listing includes a full breakdown of what's inside.
All printables are formatted for US Letter (8.5" x 11") unless otherwise noted. You can print them at home, scale to fit other sizes, or use them digitally with apps like GoodNotes or Acrobat.
How do I access my files?
After purchase, your files will be available instantly via your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews. You’ll also receive a download link via email.
Some downloads may include a zipped folder: To access, please unzip the file after downloading. (macOS and Windows allow right-click → “Extract” or “Unzip”)
Can I use these on my iPad or tablet?
Yes! All PDFs are stylus-ready and compatible with apps like GoodNotes, Notability, and Acrobat. PNG stickers can be imported and used digitally as well.
Do I need special software or tools?
Nope! You can print at home, use a stylus in your favorite planner app, or simply annotate the PDFs on your device. For printable stickers, a Cricut or scissors are both fine.
Are these fillable PDFs?
No—these are intended for handwriting or digital markup, not typed input. This keeps the experience grounded and self-paced.
