5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely stunning and fit perfectly on my puppy! It looks alot better than a rope turned into a gentle lead and works just as effectively! The material is very soft and I love that I had the option to make my puppy more comfortable with padding! It arrived very fast! I will be ordering in the future if/when I need more high quality items! :)

5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely great headcollar! fits exactly as described and the biothane is so much nicer on my poodle's face. And I love that black hardware is an option, shiny silver metal hurts my eyes in the sun so I'm grateful there's options. Very satisfied! Would highly recommend this seller!

Having the harness in hand, we are very impressed with quality of the materials, weight and how nice this was done. Finished product reflects price. Very very satisfied. Thank you!

shipping/product damage
Once the package leaves my house, I am no longer responsible for it. I am sorry if it takes longer to arrive than expected. USPS is still experiencing delays in shipping time. I am also not responsible for increased shipping time if the address you provided is incorrect, and do not respond to an email to fix it.
I am not responsible for your own damage to products when using the item incorrectly or for opening the package. I do not send out products damaged, and do my best to thoroughly inspect all hardware.
These products go through normal wear, and I do not have a lifetime guarantee on my products, however if you feel there is something wrong with your item I am happy to work with you.
refunds/hardware/custom orders
I do not accept refunds or exchanges on custom orders. These products fit to you, therefore I cannot resell custom fitted product. What you see in the pictures is the design I follow for your products, so please read product description before you buy. But again if you feel there is a problem I am happy to try to come to an agreement.
I am very happy to do custom orders and work with you however I can.
If hardware truly comes damaged I am happy to replace it or give a refund for you in certain situations. Please let me know if there is an issue with the order. Hardware colors and styles do vary but I assure you I match the weight of your dog to the hardware that is used, and that hardwares weight limit.
Shipping/message response
I have 1-2 week shipping for a reason, But I can work with you to try to get your order out quicker if I can, but no guarantees.
If the color you want is sold out and you do not respond to messages about changing the color/width, then your order will either be delayed until I get a response back, or the width of the product may be different than what you ordered.
