Tengo la bendición de ser madre, esposa y artista. Soy un ávido amante de la naturaleza que es extremadamente bendecido de vivir en un estado tan diverso como lo es California. En realidad, soy un nativo de Florida y tuve una infancia al aire libre. Ambas casas continúan inspirando mi obra de arte e incluso mi elección en telas.

Estoy loco por lo vintage y la herencia que los rodea. Además, me encanta usar artículos vintage como botones, encajes y telas en mis creaciones hechas a mano. Además, me encanta la emoción de la caza en busca de libros vintage, patrones, artículos para el hogar y más. Entonces, puedo compartir este amor vintage contigo en mi tienda.

Comencé esta tienda como una forma de compartir con un público más amplio los artículos únicos hechos a mano que hago. Me trae una gran alegría saber que mis creaciones están en un nuevo hogar. Una colcha para bebés acurrucará una preciosa y tal vez algún día esa colcha se pegue a generaciones posteriores. Además, una vez que lo vendo, tengo espacio para hacer más. Me encanta el atractivo vintage de hacer y crear cosas a mano. Algunas de mis habilidades las aprendí de las clases de arte en la escuela o de la familia, pero la mayoría de mis habilidades son autodidactas. La mayoría de mis creaciones hechas a mano son únicas. Me invento patrones a medida que voy avanzando generalmente en base a la tela y la inspiración.

I am blessed to be a mother, wife and artist. I am an avid nature lover who is extremely blessed to live in such a diverse state as California is. I am actually a native Floridian and had an adventures outdoorsy childhood. Both homes continue to inspire my artwork and even my choice in fabrics.

I am crazy about vintage and the heritage that surrounds them. Plus, I love using vintage items like buttons, lace and fabrics in my handmade creations. Plus, I love the thrill of the hunt searching for vintage books, patterns, housewares and more. So, I get to share this vintage love with you in my shop.

I started this store as a way to share with a wider audience the unique handmade items I make. It brings me great joy knowing my creations are in a new home. A baby quilt will snuggle a precious one and maybe one day that quilt will be pasted down to further generations. Plus, once I sell it I have room to make more. I love the vintage appeal of making and creating things by hand. Some of my skills I learned from art classes in school or from family but, most of my skills are self taught. Most of my handmade creations are one of a kind. I make up patterns as I go along usually based on the fabric and inspiration.
