We ship all orders via USPS.

Production Time: Some items can be made the same day as ordered, while others may take 3-5 business days or up to two - three weeks for production. Shipping will proceed once production is complete.

Shipping Times: We strive to produce and ship your items as quickly as possible. Note that business days are Monday through Friday. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly from Etsy’s estimates, especially during Holidays.

Responsibility: Just Because Crafts & More is not responsible for any delays or lost packages once they are with USPS. Please ensure your shipping address on Etsy is correct, as we are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information.

Delivery Issues: If tracking shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office for assistance.

Regular Stamped Envelopes: We do not provide tracking for regular stamped envelopes. If you do not receive your item, please message us, and we will address the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Security and Address: Ensure your delivery location is safe and secure. We are not responsible for stolen packages. Also, please make sure your address is up-to-date. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by you.

No. Due to the custom and personalized nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns.

Each tumbler/drinkware is handmade and subject to imperfections. No two tumblers/drinkware will be exactly the same. These are full wrap, designed tumblers/drinkware and WILL HAVE A SEAM. Depending on the design will depend on how noticeable the seam is. Actual colors will/may vary. This is due to computer monitors. tablets, and smart phones displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor, tablet and smart phone. I will do my best to show the full tumbler in each listing.

Please note that sizing may vary slightly depending on the brand and style of the apparel. We recommend referring to the size chart provided in the listing photos for accurate measurements. If you're in between sizes or prefer a looser fit, consider ordering a size up.
