Poor stitching, had to re-sew a braid within first day my kid had it. Dress straps sewn on crooked. Otherwise cute doll. Daughter loves it

The item took a while to arrive, with tracking saying that it had been returned, luckily the seller was good at communicating and helped me as soon as they could get info.

The picture on the ad is clearly NOT the pattern we get. Where do I start… 1- whilst the explanations started quite clearly at the beginning, you should review the layout of the rest.. having the steps one after the other (and not under each other) is confusing. Spaces are missed, full stops when not needed and random gaps are confusing 2- you don’t say which size crochet you used, what the abbreviations stand for… 3- more pictures of the process would have been welcome 4- you don’t say on which rows to stitch the parts 5- the tail comes out weird and I didn’t get what the ‘m2’ stands for 6- definitely not for beginners.. I am intermediate and could find my way round but would have been lost 6 months ago 7- the body & wings are way too small for its head and the back legs aren’t like the picture. Very disappointing.

It has good customer service. But I never received my item so I'm disappointed.

Ordered the Item which should have arrived until june 10th but it has still not be send

paid them and they closed up shop...... terrible

Purchased on May 19 it is now June 10 and still have not received

It finally came im really happy. but still a bit p!$$ed off it took so long.

Good except when you get to the ears. Does not look like pic. I think it may be AI but I was able to make the body well.
