I make a lot of one-off commissioned items so most creations will be made to order following your design requests, but occasionally there will be pre-made products for immediate purchase.
All stitching is guaranteed for life against fraying or snapping, just post the item back and it will be restitched in the area required. Please contact me and provide a photo to show the damaged stitching so I am aware of the repair needed.

If you decide to return/exchange your item, I offer a standard 7-day refund guarantee 9not for personalised items) minus shipping and labor costs (if applicable). Please notify me immediately of any item being returned or exchanged. In order to qualify for refund, the item must not be altered in any way or have any personalization (name etc) and must be returned in its original condition. All documents must accompany the item purchased.

A: Ernmm, no. Let’s be honest. How often do you pull out your donors card? I Suggest that you take note of the cards you use at least once a week. All of the other cards can be stowed away in your old Amazon wallet and tossed into your glove box, briefcase, or desk drawer (or cut up).
Q: I received my Bulldog wallet. It looks a little different than what I saw on the website. What’s going on?
A: A few things may be going on here:
* Lighting & Angles – I make every attempt to portray every item with accuracy, however, leather is a natural product and therefore different colors and effects appear with different lighting and angles of each shot taken.
* Colour shade — Every hide is different, as every person is different. The density of the fibers in each hide vary from animal to animal, and as a result, the coloring (and tanning juices) absorbed during the tanning process will vary, as well. One brown will look different from another brown, tanned at the same time in the same tanning vat.
* Odd or random markings, scars, etc. — Again, being that leather is a natural product, there may be random scars, brands, markings, etc. on the hides which may, by chance, make it onto a section of your item. These characteristics make your item 100% unique. Often, clients request and prefer such uniqueness. Consider yourself lucky, there was no additional charge for the addition of unique characteristics to your item.
Q: Is there a warranty?
A: Bulldog Style products are guaranteed against defects in materials and craftsmanship, forever. This warranty does not cover “wear and tear”. Your item will look better with age, not “worn and torn”.
