Shipping and Processing Time
• Processing time is 5 to 7 business days during the winter holiday season due to increased order volume.
• All items are made and packed by hand, so orders are processed in the order they are received.
• Free shipping is offered to keep costs affordable, especially for small items like stickers.
• Free shipping orders are sent via USPS mail stamps. These do not include trackable USPS scans, even though a tracking number may appear in Etsy.
• Estimated delivery for free shipping is 6 to 12 business days once shipped.
• If you need faster delivery or detailed tracking, you are welcome to upgrade shipping at checkout.

Holiday Notice

During the holiday season, USPS experiences heavy delays that are outside of my control, especially in December. Even if an item ships on time, delivery dates are not guaranteed close to Christmas. If you are ordering for a specific date, please plan ahead or choose an upgraded shipping option.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind
• Handmade items may have small variations. This is part of the nature of handcrafted work.
• Shipping delays, lost mail, or incorrect addresses are unfortunately things I cannot control. Please double check your address before placing your order.
• If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to message me. Once you reach out, please keep an eye on your Etsy inbox, as notifications do not always come through.
