Frequently asked questions
Are these professionally graded trading cards?
No. These items are creative display pieces and are not professionally graded or mass-produced trading cards.
Custom and personalized orders
Card Customs focuses on original designs rather than photo uploads or digital personalization. All items listed are finished pieces created by the shop.
Are your items handmade?
Yes. Each Card Customs item is designed and assembled by hand using physical materials. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations may occur and are part of the uniqueness of each piece.
What condition are the cards in?
Each card is created as a display piece and handled with care. The item shown in the listing photos is the exact piece you will receive.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these items, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the order. Please contact the shop if you experience any problems.
What sports and players does Card Customs focus on?
At this time, Card Customs focuses on baseball, basketball, and football designs. If you have a specific player in mind, feel free to send us a message and we can let you know if that player may be available. Availability varies, and high-profile players may be more limited as inventory fluctuates.
If you already own a card and would like it recreated as a custom display piece, we are happy to discuss customization using materials you provide.
