Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Many Cast & Timber pieces feature an intentionally rustic or distressed finish. Variations in paint wear, exposed metal, brown rust tones, staining, texture, and surface imperfections are part of the character of the piece and may vary naturally from item to item.
Are the rustic marks or imperfections considered damage?
Usually not. Many of our pieces are intentionally designed with aged, distressed, weathered, or antiqued finishes. Chipped paint, uneven coloring, exposed metal, rust tones, and surface variation may be part of the intended appearance rather than a defect.
How much weight will your brackets, braces, or plant hangers hold?
We do not have verified weight ratings for our brackets, braces, or plant hangers unless a specific listing states otherwise. Capacity depends on the item, mounting surface, hardware, and installation. Please use each piece only for the purpose described in its listing and choose mounting hardware appropriate for your wall and intended use.
Do mounting screws or hardware come with the item?

How are Cast & Timber orders packaged?
We carefully wrap and pack each order to help protect it during shipping. Packaging varies by the size, shape, and quantity of the items. If you need items individually boxed or have a special packaging request, please message us through Etsy before ordering so we can confirm availability and any additional cost.
Can you help with questions before ordering or with bulk quantities?
Absolutely! Please send us a message through Etsy if you have questions about an item, its finish, dimensions, or intended use. If you need a larger quantity than the listing shows, let us know what you need. Bulk orders depend on available inventory, and we are happy to check availability and discuss options before you order.
How do I return an item?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery according to the return policy shown in your listing.
