MY STORY!! HOW CC MACIUS CAME ABOUT AND WHY
De la pasión a la pintura: mi camino como artista
Cc macius I could say that it arose from a very young age because since I have use of reason I like to create things, at first they were paper things with shapes, then drawings, accessories for my dolls ... at 18 they gave me my first oil painting kit and that's when I became passionate about painting, always copying paintings and sheets or photos from magazines, but totally self-taught, I studied interior design (although my dream was always fine arts)... I set up a small renovation company, but I wanted to learn everything and be able to create everything that came to mind (me and my mania to customize everything) so I signed up for all the courses I could in my free time, macramé, cutting and tailoring, stained glass, mosaics, clay, wood carving, fire enamel, until I got the title of plumber!! by 2010 or so I created my first brand of clothing for pets, it was called "macius - animal fashion" (you can see some models on my pinterest Cc macius) as I was always trying to innovate I discovered the textile paints with which I painted patches for the suits, the business was not good at all because of the great competition that there was although I sold a lot but I left it, years later my interior design company went down because of the crisis and the breakage of a leg forced me to stop and stay at home and I who am a restless ass I began to think about how to make a living in my situation, and I began to make bags, the first ones had a success that even scared me but I decided to dedicate myself to it despite the fear, in fact it was what I had always dreamed of being able to create all the time, so Cc Macius was born, a spring of 2017!! I had already made bags and backpacks before but I decided to create my own brand and give it my all!! Parallel to Cc macius, "Macius.Tattoo" was born a year ago (I have already told you that I want to learn everything no?) and also "Emelyn.shop", a brand destined to take my inner child out of the darkness of my black soul.
Desde pequeña he vivido rodeada de creatividad. Mi pasión por construir, dibujar y diseñar fue creciendo conmigo, hasta que a los 18 años descubrí la pintura al óleo, técnica que me atrapó para siempre.
Soy una artista autodidacta, formada a base de práctica constante y amor por el arte. Aunque estudié interiorismo, siempre supe que mi verdadero camino estaba en las Bellas Artes. A lo largo de los años he explorado múltiples técnicas, incluyendo el trabajo en vidrieras emplomadas, que nutrió aún más mi sentido del color, la luz y la composición.
En 2017, decidí dar el paso y fundar Cc Macius, un espacio dedicado a compartir mi pasión: retratos al óleo de personajes icónicos de la cultura pop, obras originales que celebran el arte, la nostalgia y la emoción.
