Not only are the journals everything they said they would be in the description (the font even comes in rose gold!), Lika went ABOVE AND BEYOND for customer service. I bought two journals and she worked with me on font and placement, sending all sorts of pictures of what my customized planner would look like, all the way until I found the perfect combination thanks to her. She made me so excited buying this journal, I felt like a kid experiencing Christmas for the first time. I can't recommend this shop enough. 1000000000/10 would come back and will recommend this to every single person I ever talk to in my life. I haven't ever felt this inspired and motivated with being a bullet journaler until these came in the mail.
