When will my order arrive?

Our estimated shipping times are:
Australia - 3-7 business days
New Zealand - 7-15 business days
United States - 10-25 business days

Please note, these are estimates only, and do not include the stated processing time. Shipping times are dependent on the postal company and customs processing; once the parcel has been handed over, we have no control over the transit time. Etsy sellers are not responsible for delays in customs processing.

Etsy displays estimated dates on all listings - while we do our best to provide the Etsy platform with accurate estimates, we ultimately do not control the dates that Etsy displays.

Can I request further customisation on a listing?

Our listings are customisable to a degree, but further customisation will need to be discussed prior to purchase.
Please message me if you are interested in customisation other than that described in the item listing and I will try to accommodate as much as possible. Customisation and design changes may be subject to a customisation fee.

How will I receive printable digital orders?

Instant download listings will be available for download once payment has been finalized. These are available via the download link emailed to you from etsy, or in the downloads section of your etsy account.

Customized digital items are not available immediately. A custom design will be made for you based on the information you provide and transferred via WeTransfer to your etsy registered email address. Please allow time for customization.

How do I print digital files?

Digital files are best printed from a PC. If you are planning on sending these files to a professional printer please ensure you have the ability to save or forward large files in the formats described in the listing (JPEG and PDF). This can be done by attaching the files to an email or saving the files to a USB. While I am happy to help with any issues regarding digital files, I cannot be depended on for in depth trouble shooting of your specific device or tech support. Please assess your computing abilities before selecting a digital item.

My parcel didn't arrive

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused worldwide shipping delays. Please be mindful of our estimated shipping times and allow for delays in international shipping and customs processing.

If the estimated shipping time has passed and your parcel has not arrived and tracking does not provide answers please contact us and we will enquire with Australia Post. All orders include up to $100 compensation for any lost items. Once an investigation by Aus Post has confirmed your order is lost, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

We have no control over shipping times and customs processing. The estimated transit times shown in our policies are estimates only, we cannot guarantee that you parcel will arrive by a specific date.

My order arrived damaged

All orders are sent via tracked postage. This shipping method includes up to $100 compensation for damaged items. If your item costs more than $100 you can purchase additional insurance as a shipping upgrade.
If a parcel arrives damaged, the parcel will need to be returned to your local postal service outlet, along with its original packaging, for a damage report to be completed. (Note - Not all Australian Post outlets will do this- please contact your local outlet or consult the Australia Post website to find out where your nearest location is).

I want the exact colour displayed in your listing photos

While we take all possible measures to match the printed colour to the colour displayed on screen, there may be a very slight variation due to differences in monitor settings. All colours look different printed in ink than how they appear when backlit by an electronic screen. To maintain total transparency and make sure our customers can be confident in what they are ordering online we provide a text colour chart in each listing that has the exact shade your print will be printed in. We encourage all customers who have a particular shade in mind to print this colour chart on a similar type of paper as their intended purchase to see how the colour looks in real life. Refunds and replacements are not offered due to colour expectations alone.

Tracking shows my parcel as delivered, but I haven't received it

There are a few steps you can take if your delivery is missing
* Make sure you check your property carefully, as the parcel may be hidden well for safety.
* Check with your neighbours and other members of your household who may have received the parcel on your behalf
* Check the address on your etsy account is correct

If you are unable to find your parcel, get in touch with your local post office and make a missing mail enquiry; they can assist in checking where your parcel was delivered, or if there has been a mistake in tracking updates.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure there is a safe place for delivery. We are not responsible for missing items once tracking shows your parcel has been delivered to the correct address.

Can I see a print proof before printing?

You can request a print proof for any of our customised printed physical products. Print proofs are not available for standard non-personalised designs.

If you would like to receive a print proof, please request one in your order notes and one will be sent via etsy messages before printing. Once a proof has been sent, printing will be delayed by up to 10 days. If we haven't received a response in this time frame, your prints will be printed and sent as ordered.

Can I receive a proof of my digital download before sending?

We do not send print proofs for digital download orders as there is little difference between sending a digital proof and sending your digital files. Once your files have been customised and transferred, your personalisation selections are final and cannot be altered for change of mind. If you would like to change your selections, you can order a 'Digital Redesign' from the order upgrades section of our shop, which restarts the design process.

Since digital download orders are final, please ensure you have all relevant information before ordering printable invitation designs. Changes or additions to your invite will incur a redesign fee.
