Ich heiße Abbie und AK Collages entstand, als ich 20 Jahre alt war und während des Höhepunkts der Pandemie in meinem Kinderzimmer festsaß. Wie viele andere suchte ich nach Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten und entdeckte schnell, dass Musik mir dabei half. Ich wollte meine Liebe zu guter Musik teilen, aber da ich selbst kein musikalisches Talent besitze, wandte ich mich dem zu, was ich am besten konnte: Scrapbooking.

Ich begann, Collagen meiner Lieblingsmusiker zu erstellen, und schon bald war mein ganzes Zimmer vom Boden bis zur Decke mit einem Wandbild aus handgefertigten Kunstwerken bedeckt. Was als persönlicher Ausgleich begann, entwickelte sich schnell zu etwas Erfüllenderem. Ich fing an, individuelle Collagen als Geschenke für Freunde und Familie anzufertigen, mit ihren Lieblingskünstlern. Und jetzt bist auch du Teil dieser Reise.

My name is Abbie and AK Collages began when I was 20 years old, stuck in my childhood bedroom during the height of the pandemic. Like many, I was searching for ways to keep my mind occupied, and I quickly found that music was my greatest escape. I wanted to share my love for a good tune but since I have no musical talent... I turned to what I knew best: scrapbooking.

I began collaging my favorite musicians and before long, my entire room was covered in a mural of handmade artwork, from floor to ceiling. What started as a personal outlet soon turned into something more fulfilling. I began creating custom collages as gifts for friends and family, featuring their favorite artists. And now, you’re a part of that journey.
