The seller was incredibly communicative and open about a few delays in the production of the product, and was incredibly polite throughout the whole process. The final product is nothing short of art. The assembly, the carved details, and the paint make this deceptively simple model a worthy centerpiece of any collection. Even if you don't like Halo, there's no ignoring the quality craftsmanship on display here. If I had deeper pockets (and the fine artisan at Concasico Woodworks had the patience of a saint), I'd happily order a dozen more. I can't recommend these products enough!

I bought this for my brother's birthday and it is absolutely awesome, I knew it was gonna be cool, but when you actually see it in person, the details and quality are just amazing. A while back my brother purchased a pretty expensive Master Chief action figure, he waited months for it and when it did finally come, it was a bit disappointing. It was made in China and one of his equipable right hands didn't fit correctly. This handmade wooden Arbiter is leagues beyond in awesomeness in comparison to that other action figure. I will say that you should order yours well in advance, it's handmade so the guy needs a month or so to get it ready, though it's well worth any wait. God peace

The quality of the Grunt is amazing. It has so much range of motion: pretty much every joint can twist and bend, allowing for almost any pose. Every part of it feels sturdy and well-built. I bought this for myself as a birthday gift, and I would highly recommend this for any Halo fan!
