Where can I modify my model?

All my templates can be easily modified in Canva freeware

Do I have to pay for Canva?

No! If you don't have an account, you can register for free.

Why haven't I received my download e-mail?

Sometimes it can take up to 20 minutes to receive your files by e-mail while Etsy processes your payment. You can download files directly by going to “Your Account” > Purchases, but please note that you can't do this in the app, you'll need to access Etsy via your web browser on your phone or computer.

Do you print and ship?

No, unfortunately we don't. All our templates are DIY via Canva, where you can modify and print them yourself using your home printer or local print shop.

How do I download the digital file after purchase?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to the Etsy download page. Alternatively, you can access the PDF file in your Etsy profile > Purchases & Reviews, and click on your order.

If I'm not a Canva expert, can I make changes to the template?

Yes, of course! I'm also available to help you

Will anything be sent by mail?

My store only offers digital downloads, so no physical products will be sent by post. When you purchase in my store, you will receive an e-mail with the link to your download.

What types of products does your store carry?

EDITABLE PRODUCTS: My store offers a range of editable templates that can be customized using Canva. Upon purchase, you'll receive a link to the template for your convenience. PRINTABLE PRODUCTS: In addition, we offer ready-to-print, non-editable products. These printables are designed for immediate use. Please be sure to read the product description for details specific to each ad.

What are the conditions of use?

Our printables and templates are for personal use only and may not be resold.
You can use the template or print it without time limit.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of all our products, we maintain a NO REFUNDS policy which is also in line with Etsy's return policy on digital items. Please ensure before purchasing that the item you are buying is something you will be happy with.
