This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use and share personal information when you purchase an item from Creative Ariam, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.

This policy does not apply to Etsy itself or to third-party services that I do not own or control. Etsy’s own processing of personal information is governed by Etsy’s Privacy Policy.

Information I Collect

To fulfil your order, Etsy may provide me with information such as your name, email address, postal address, order details and other information necessary to complete and deliver your purchase.

You may also provide additional information if you contact me directly, for example regarding a personalised order.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

I use your personal information only when necessary:

* to process and fulfil your order;
* to provide customer service;
* to resolve disputes;
* to comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use;
* to comply with legal, tax or regulatory obligations; and

I do not use your personal information for marketing without your express consent.

Data Retention

I keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide my services and to meet applicable legal, tax and regulatory obligations. I do not retain personal information for longer than necessary for these purposes.

Where personal information is processed or transferred outside the European Economic Area through Etsy or another service provider, such processing is subject to the applicable data-protection safeguards and the privacy terms of the relevant service provider.

Where information must be retained for legal or regulatory reasons, it may not be possible to delete it immediately.
