1 de 5 estrellasReceived a item that I did not order. Substituted different from what I ordered. Broken hand that was previously broken (a lot of glue on it) and chipped. A repainted angel . Was told she (seller) didn't feel well when I told her I needed before the 25th. It was a birthday gift. Waited 3 days for her to ship it. It did arrive late on the birthday, but since everyone was there when it arrived I didn't have a chance to open it. I gave it to the birthday girl as is and she opened it. When I saw it I was so embarrassed. I apologized to her and told her how sorry I was. She being so gracious said it wasn't my fault. It was the sellers. She did take it home without me knowing and said not to worry. She got a broken hand me down and I lost $53.00 for something I truly regretted buying.

Dear Buyer, please see photo in the listing of the purchased Angel. In the " item details" you will read that this Angel is a refurbished, upcycled figurine. But I sincerely apologize for the hand that did not remain intact during refinishing. For the broken hand and your general discontent, I have fully refunded the amount you paid. Furthermore this purchase was promised by March 25 and was delivered by Priority USPS on the 25th. Also it was shipped within the 1 to 3 days indicated on the processing schedule. This response to the review made by the buyer is to give a fair comparison of information available to the buyer. Please reconsider Etsy as it is a unique and diverse shopping experience.

Super sweet and VERY nice to work with. My bottle arrived packed with loving care...no issues. The best part is the un-veiling...BEAUTIFUL!! More than pleased!! Thank you Tammy

5 de 5 estrellasThe Angel came in earlier than excepted and was wrapped nicely to not break as when I received the box it was damaged. Glad to see when I opened the box the Angels were not harmed. They were very pretty and my sister n law loved them.
