5 out of 5 starsFirst off it’s always good to hen the seller is super nice. The screw was too short for my enclosure and the seller was super nice and sent me a longer part. She also made a mouse size for my little mouse which was super nice. Plus I think my mouse really likes it. I love the color. Good quality. In the video I didn’t screw it up all the way but now it’s not wobbly

The size is quite generous and will accommodate two ratties comfortably, maybe even three depending on the size of your babies. I was missing the black adapter in my package, so I just emailed Lucy to make her aware. I can't hang it without this piece . Great communication with the vendor!

Thank you so much for your feedback! I’m sorry it’s been difficult to hang this style of Sputnik. This model is designed to attach by sliding two legs fully onto the cage bar first, and then gently guiding the bar into the third leg. Some cages have thicker or differently spaced bars, which can make installation trickier. If you’d like, feel free to message me — I’m happy to help you figure out what’s happening.
