Crown Life began with a passion for women’s self-discovery and empowerment. Through my imprint, Sacred Shelf Press, I create journals, planners, books, and resources designed to help women align with their natural rhythms, nurture emotional and spiritual growth, and refine their character.

My journey into publishing and creating these tools began with my own search for balance. As a woman navigating business, creativity, and wellness, I realized how deeply our success is tied to knowing ourselves—our cycles, our seasons, and our inner rhythms. Writing Her Seasons was the start of sharing that discovery, and it inspired me to design resources that make self-awareness practical, beautiful, and accessible.
