My own personal experience of struggling with post-partum anxiety during the Covid pandemic led me to discover the healing benefit of crystals.
I can vividly remember purchasing a crystal bracelet for anxiety and putting it on for the first time, there was a sense of calm and a feeling of reassurance that I was not alone, which opened my eyes to the power of crystals and inspired me to do my own training in crystal healing and begin to design and create my own crystal jewellery to support and heal other health conditions too.
I absolutely love creating crystal designs to help support people with their struggles. Not only are crystals beautiful and powerful, but wearing a piece of jewellery made especially for you by someone who appreciates and empathises with your struggles is such a huge comfort and reassurance - a wonderful reminder that you are not alone and that someone really cares.
