Unsere Geschichte, die eigentlich der Beginn der Cuddlecation-Geschichte ist, basiert auf Liebe und Verbundenheit. Wir betrachten uns selbst als „internationale Kuschelmeister“ und sprechen oft gerne über das Kuscheln, weil es eine unserer liebsten Möglichkeiten ist, eine Verbindung herzustellen – und wir wollen nicht angeben, wir sind wirklich gut darin! An einem sonnigen Nachmittag, als wir Hand in Hand am Strand spazieren gingen, scherzten wir über unseren selbsternannten Titel als Kuschelmeister, als einer dieser Blitzmomente passierte. Paul sah mich an und wusste sofort, dass ich gerade eine Idee hatte. Wir sagen es so, weil wir wissen, dass wir ein ko-kreatives Team mit unserer göttlichen Quelle sind. Wir waren damals wie heute fest davon überzeugt, dass wir mit diesem Konzept gesegnet waren, weil es Teil unserer Verantwortung ist, es in die Welt zu bringen. Ich sagte zu Paul: „Weißt du, wie die Leute ‚Staycation‘ statt ‚Urlaub‘ sagen? Warum reden wir dann nicht über Cuddlecations?!“ Und genau dort, am Strand, wurde Cuddlecation geboren.

Wir haben das Gefühl, dass es in vielen Unternehmen, die sich weltweit mit Liebe beschäftigen, in Wirklichkeit mehr um Sex als um echte, herzliche Verbundenheit geht. Das muss sich ändern. Die Welt braucht Verbundenheit – nicht nur untereinander, sondern auch mit sich selbst, mehr denn je. Deshalb geht Cuddlecation über Niedlichkeit und Kuscheligkeit hinaus und geht tiefer. Es geht darum, Liebe, Verbundenheit und positive Gefühle zu fördern und diese so weit wie möglich zu verbreiten. Our story, which is really the beginning of the Cuddlecation story, is one founded in love and connection. Considering ourselves “international cuddle champions”, we often enjoy talking about cuddling because it’s one of our favorite ways to connect – and not to brag, we’re really good at it! One sunny afternoon while walking hand-in-hand on the beach, we were joking around about our self-proclaimed title of cuddle champions, when one of those lightning bolt moments happened. Paul looked at me and instantly knew I’d just received an idea. We say it this way, because we know that we are a co-creative team with our Divine Source. We felt strongly then as we do now, that we were blessed with this concept because it is part of our responsibility to bring it to the world. I said to Paul – “you know how people say staycation instead of vacation? Well, why aren’t we talking about Cuddlecations?!” And right there, on the beach, Cuddlecation was born.

We feel that many of the businesses out there in the world that are about love, are really more about sex, instead of genuine heart-to-heart connection. That needs to change. The world needs connection – not just with each other – but with ourselves, more than ever before. So Cuddlecation stretches beyond the realm of cutesy and cuddly, it goes deeper than that.
