DTG (direct-to-garment) printing is the method used for our custom-designed t-shirts and hoodies. -
DTG printing yields quality prints, it's cost-effective and captures every colour and fine detail in the designs. -
Sublimation1 Design is printed onto sublimation paper; with that paper on both sides, the fabric goes thru a heat press. -
Sublimation2 After the fabric goes thru the heat press, the shape of the garment is precision-cut and aligned carefully. -
Sublimation3 Once the design is aligned, garments are sewn with a sewing machine to ensure a consistent all-over print.

Where are orders shipping from? Why did that email say my order is shipping from Surrey, BC?? I thought it was from USA?
I apologize for any confusion this creates for my customers, please allow me to explain: Most orders will ship from Las Vegas, Florida, or New York, depending on the product purchased and the customer's location.
The custom-designed product you purchased will be professionally printed and carefully packaged by one of my production partners, they also ship your completed order to you. I do not ship orders from Surrey, BC even tho Etsy sends you an email saying I am. It's because I live in Surrey, BC; and while my production partners ship packages out, their warehouses do not accept returns. If a customer needs to send back their order, they must send it to TBLoveDesigns in Surrey, BC Canada.
