Soy Pam. Soy una hija, hermana, esposa, madre y abuela a la que le encanta coser y bordar artículos que tocan el corazón de los demás. Soy sentimental, creativo y un poco perfeccionista, todo lo cual reconocerás en los artículos que hago.
Abrí mi tienda aquí en Etsy en 2010. Lo que más me gusta de mi pequeño negocio es trabajar con clientes que quieren algo único y significativo para ellos o para alguien especial. Disfruto de la comunicación que tenemos a la hora de diseñarlo, y en muchos casos de las relaciones duraderas que formamos. Saber que he hecho un artículo que será atesorado es muy gratificante para mí.
Debido a que creo en un buen servicio al cliente, reviso mi tienda de Etsy en busca de mensajes durante todo el día y limito mi tiempo de entrega a solo 2 semanas. Puede tomar hasta 2 semanas durante las temporadas de vacaciones, pero en otras ocasiones generalmente menos.
Sabiendo que los artículos que hago serán atesorados y utilizados a lo largo de los años, solo uso telas y suministros de calidad y tengo especial cuidado al construirlos.

Hello, welcome to Custom Made by Pam, located just outside of Nashville in the beautiful small town of Arrington, Tennessee.
I am Pam. I'm a daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother who loves to sew and embroider items that touch the heart of others. I'm sentimental, creative, and a bit of a perfectionist, all of which you'll recognize in the items I make.
I opened my shop here on Etsy in 2010. What I love most about my little business is working with customers who want something unique and meaningful for themselves or a special someone. I enjoy the communication that we have when designing it, and in many cases the lasting relationships that we form. Knowing that I've made an item that will be treasured is very rewarding to me.
Because I believe in Good Customer Service I check my Etsy shop for messages throughout the day and I limit my lead time to only 2 weeks. It can take up to 2 weeks during holiday seasons but at other times usually less.
Knowing that the items I make will be treasured and used throughout the years, I only use quality fabrics and supplies and take extra care when constructing them.
