I completely understand your concern, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If there was any issue with the template, I kindly wish you had contacted me first so I could resolve it immediately. We are all human, and sometimes mistakes can happen. It has not even been 10 minutes since your message, and I am already fixing the issue for you. I am not a scammer, and I genuinely care about providing the best service to my customers. We usually create our designs using Canva Pro features during the design process, which is why Canva may temporarily ask for a Pro version when you first open the template. However, we always replace or remove the Pro elements and provide a fully editable free version for our customers. I am currently updating the design,
