2 out of 5 starsThe flaming sword was broken off and was very difficult to glue back on. The packing attempted to cradle the balrog but was inadequate. Now I have a broken item. Disappointing.

1 out of 5 starshey , I just received this item , and I'm kind of disappointed , with it..I had ordered one of these guys from you in the past , and it was fantastic , the color was alot nicer , this one is greenish but I can deal with that , also his claw blades are cut short which I don't like , the other one I received a while back had the claw blades sticking out which looked a whole lot nicer , and it also had a base , which this one now does not have , im really not happy with this..I was expecting it to be like the first one I bought from you a lil while back...I really would like it to be like the other one , can you get back to me and help me with this...thanks .

Nah, that’s not going to happen. I examined the figure and you purposely broke off the one arm that was holding the staff. The hand that had the claws broken is delicate and I can assume the Post Office accidentally broke it, but the other arm is impossible to break unless I apply enough force to snap it off, not to mention, the box came back to me unharmed. Also, instead of messaging me and resolving the issue, you chose to write a one star review of nonsense and lies, rather than let me resolve the issue. I am issuing you a refund and that is all. Goodbye.

Juan was quick to respond to my messages and offered to replace the pieces at no extra cost. The parts that did survive were of great quality and the instructions for assembly were easy to understand.

My statue came damaged.
Please send an email to me for an insurance claim with the post office.
I accidentally damaged my statue after it arrived at my home.
I can provide paid services to fix your statue if possible or if the statue is damaged beyond what I could reasonably fix based on price, I may offer to take your statue back and offer you a new one for a discounted price. Please contact me for more information as this would be on a case by case basis.
