星 5 個のうち 1 個This whole thing is filled with AI... even the description of this item is most likely AI. The images are AI, which is insane to me as someone trying to advertise a cookbook. For some reason there isn't PDFs available of each individual recipe, but you have to go on CANVA to access them. It's just all around janky. I would not recommend buying this item. As someone who is strongly against AI, I would not have bought this if I had known there was AI involved in the making.

Hi Thomas, I’m sorry to hear it wasn’t what you expected. These recipes are ones I’ve personally used in my own weight loss journey and I do use tools to help format and put everything together, but the content itself is based on my own approach. I do understand getting help from AI isn't everyone's cup of tea. There are also PDF versions included with each recipe book, which you may have missed.
