Frequently asked questions
How do I receive my digital download?
Digital listings include files only; nothing is shipped. After Etsy confirms payment, open Etsy in a web browser and go to Your account > Purchases and reviews > Download Files. The Etsy app does not support downloading purchases. Guest buyers should use the download link in their Etsy receipt email. ZIP files must be extracted before use. Check the listing for formats and any software required. If you have trouble, message me through Etsy.
Is this a digital file or a physical product?
Please check the item details before ordering. Printable art, planners, games and printable stickers are digital downloads. Shirts, mugs, totes and the physical vinyl sticker sheet are printed to order and shipped. A digital sticker purchase does not include printed stickers. Frames and styling props in art mockups are not included. Physical orders follow the processing and delivery estimates shown on their listing.
How should I print and use my files?
Follow the instructions included with your purchase. Printable planners and sticker sheets should be printed at 100% / Actual Size on the stated paper size. For wall art, match the file aspect ratio to your frame; another ratio may crop the image or add borders. Colors can vary by screen, paper and printer. Unless the listing says otherwise, files are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared or redistributed.
