Are the flowers real?
Yes. They are flowers from the Dolomites that I choose and pick by hand, dry and set in resin one at a time. That's why every piece is one of a kind and you receive exactly the jewelry in the photos. The only exception is made-to-order pieces: I say so clearly in the listing, and yours will be similar to the one in the photos, with the same flowers.
Sizing details
Measurements are in every listing: the pendant's height and width, plus a thickness of about 5 mm. I measure by hand, with a margin of about 2 mm. The chain is 50 cm long; the cord is 45 cm, with a 5 cm extension chain to adjust it.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Every piece ships in its own gift box, included in the price: it's ready to give. When you order you can add a message for the recipient, and I put it in the parcel with the jewelry.
When will it arrive? Will it be here in time for Christmas?
I ship within 1-2 working days, always with tracking. Shipping within Italy is free and parcels usually arrive in 2-4 days. To receive it before Christmas, I recommend ordering by 15 December in Italy, and by 5 December for the rest of Europe and the United States.
Care instructions
Take it off before showering, swimming in the sea or pool, and doing sports, and put it on after perfume and lotion. Avoid many hours of direct sunlight: over time the resin can turn yellow and the colors of the flowers can fade. When you're not wearing it, keep it in its box or in a closed pouch.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery: message me and I'll tell you how to send it back; return shipping is at your expense. If the parcel arrives damaged, message me within 7 days with a photo and we'll find a solution together. You are always covered by the 2-year legal guarantee.

Yes, you can ask me for a custom piece with the "Request custom order" button or by sending me a message. Tell me the colors, flowers and shape you like, and we'll see together what I can make.
