What if my order is returned by USPS?
Unless you indicate otherwise, orders will be shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy/Paypal. If you see the address is incorrect, please notify us immediately, we ship very fast! If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or vacant address, this will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will also be no shipping refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect or vacant address.
Tracking says Arriving Late / In Transit, now what?
Unfortunately, we can not promise delivery dates but we can promise to provide tracking as quickly as possible. The rate of delivery is up to the delivery service and because of Covid and other ordeals going on behind the scenes, delays may occasionally happen. During this waiting period, we cannot offer refunds till we get a final update on the delivery of the order. We ask to please be extra patient if this burden occurs and to contact your local provider for additional details on your package if you want extra details not shown from the tracking number.
