Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days once payment is received. Exact shipping times will vary depending on customer location and shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking numbers will be provided for all purchases.

Items returned in new, unused condition within 14 days of delivery date may be eligible for a full refund. Refund requests will not be accepted more than 14 days after delivery date. Shipping costs are not refundable, and returned items must be shipped with a tracking number. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned items.

Some jewelry pieces may be modified for a better fit. Please contact me as soon as possible regarding sizing issues in order to explore resizing options. If you decide to have a piece modified after delivery, you will be responsible for all related shipping costs.

Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery regarding lost or damaged items.

In case of items damaged during shipping, all packaging and items must be photographed and retained in order to process insurance claims. Some shipping carriers also require inspection of damaged packages by a company representative prior to processing a claim. Refunds will be processed once the claim has been approved.

I stand by my work and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item breaks after normal usage, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss how to resolve the problem.
