3 out of 5 starsI was under the impression that this was a dress and not a skirt and blouse. Also the picture looks like the model has her hand in her pocket but there is no pocket.

However, customer service ultimately revisited my case and offered me a partial refund. I am grateful for that. I hope that the return process for international customers will be made even easier in the future.

1 out of 5 starsI had a very disappointing experience with this seller. I needed a dress urgently and chose this one because it was advertised as shipping from the US with delivery in 5–10 days. After ordering, I discovered it was actually shipped from China, causing a much longer delay, clear false advertising. Even five days after the latest estimate, the dress had not arrived. I contacted the seller and, due to the delay, bought another dress. I asked for return instructions so I could send it back upon arrival, but the seller was uncooperative. He later claimed returns were only accepted for damaged items or incorrect sizes, which contradicts the listing. Overall, the seller lacks transparency and reliability.
