What kind of photo should I upload?
For best results, send a clear, well-lit photo of your pet’s face. Avoid blurry, shadowy, or distant shots. Front-facing photos work best — don’t worry, we’ll crop and style it into a cartoon!
Will I receive a proof before my item is made?
Proof policies vary by product. Custom blankets, puzzles, and mugs include a digital proof before production. Smaller items such as magnets and bookmarks are designed using the layout shown and do not automatically include a proof unless requested.
