In order to serve you better and maintain the shortest production times possible, we can only accept changes made to orders within 12 hours of placing the order.

Refunds and Exchanges:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve any problem.
Goods can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt .

- For any faulty items please contact us and solve the problem until you are 100% satisfied.


- Refunds are issued after returned package has been received by us and tracking shows that it has been delivered. Return funds will be returned to the buyer's account usually within 48 hours and there are no other issues to resolve. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and is also not part of the refund amount due to postage are a transaction between the buyer and USPS, thank you for your understanding.

Please keep in mind that any Customs fees or taxes imposed by Customs for an order are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of our shop.
