How can I print the artwork I purchased from your store?
You have three options to print your digital files:
Print instantly at home, bring the files to your local print shop, or upload the files to an online printing service like Printful.
Can I have a file size that is not listed?
Yes, simply purchase the existing listing and message us your size requirement. We’ll send you your custom file via WeTransfer within 48 hours!
Where can I download my digital printable files?
To access your digital files, go to "Purchases and Reviews“. Enter your order and click on "Download Files".
For orders with one image included, you’ll get a link to download your files directly from Etsy. For orders with two or more images included, you’ll receive a PDF with a download link that forwards you to your files on Google Drive.
I purchased a set of prints, but I only received a text file. What should I do?
Inside the text file, you'll find a link to a folder on Google Drive. You can download your files from there. This is because Etsy doesn't allow for large files or for more than five files per order to be downloaded directly from the platform.
Can I add custom fonts to your prints?
Yes, you can add fonts to your images as you like. Sites like www.canva.com are an easy-to-use option for adding text/fonts to your images!
Do you also sell printed posters, instead of digital downloads?
No, EclecticPrintStore only offers high-quality prints, that are created from photos of our carefully curated artworks. The artworks themselves are not for sale.
What type of paper do you recommend for printing?
We usually recommend printing on poster paper, matte, or semi-gloss. Matte will create a more natural feel, while semi-gloss appears more vibrant and saturated.
