All items are handmade and personalized for you. Please double-check names and dates when you order, as we create them exactly as you write.
💜 LOST ITEMS
We are not responsible for items lost by the shipping carrier after we hand them over. All orders are shipped with a tracking number. By ordering, you agree that shipping delays or losses are outside of our control.
🌸 DAMAGED ITEMS
Please check your order within 3 days of delivery. If an item is broken or has a mistake, contact us immediately with clear photos so we can help.
💛 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because our products are custom-made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it after seeing the photos.
⏳ PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Your items are prepared within 2-9 business days. This time may change depending on how many orders we have. We use Express Shipping, which usually takes 2-5 business days for delivery.
