There was a hiccup in the order process because of a miscommunication/misunderstanding and they were very accommodating so I’m grateful for that. Be mindful that one of the photos of the hats has a font that isn’t actually available — the was discrepancy. But as I said, it was handled with care & the products I ended up receiving were solid. There were some very minor imperfections that I feel particular about because I can be a perfectionist and want the items I give to people to be perfect but ultimately it’s made by a human and I’m happy about that. 5 out of 5 starsthey moved really quickly in getting my order out to me, but to a fault. The converstation moved so quickly I couldn't express changes I wanted. Still great quality though, just make sure you are on the same exact page before it is printed.
