I'm a clinical social worker, clinical supervisor, and therapist with nearly a decade in the mental health profession.

I created Em in Practice to share the tools, evidence-based frameworks, and resources that have oriented me in my clinical work. Many of these graphics were designed based on real supervision conversations or learnings. My goal is to make evidence-informed concepts more accessible, practical, and aesthetically pleasing for both clinicians and clients.

Each of these resources was designed with love using social work frameworks/concepts (and many, many hours designing on Canva).
