My shop privacy policy

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com and its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third-party services you access through Etsy. You can refer to Etsy’s Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.

1. Information I Collect

To fulfill your order, Etsy provides me with certain information that you have authorized Etsy to share, such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number (if available), payment-related information necessary for order fulfillment, and the details of the product you are ordering.

For custom orders, you may also provide additional personal information, such as logo files, names, event details, colors, text content, shipping preferences, or other customization instructions.

I rely on Etsy and Etsy Payments for payment processing and I do not receive your full payment card details.

2. Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

I use your personal information only as necessary to run my shop and provide my services. This includes:

- fulfilling your order;
- communicating with you about your order, customization details, proofs, production progress, shipping, and after-sales support;
- coordinating customization, production, quality control, packaging, and shipment with my in-house team;
- resolving disputes or handling customer service issues;
- complying with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations;
- improving my shop operations, products, and service quality where appropriate.

I rely on the following legal bases to collect, use, and share your information:

- as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, provide customer support, or resolve a dispute;
- when necessary to comply with a legal obligation, such as retaining records for tax or accounting purposes;
- as necessary for my legitimate interests, provided those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as improving my services and ensuring accurate order processing;

I do not use your personal information for unsolicited marketing. If I ever send marketing messages, I will only do so with your prior consent where required by law.

- Delivery companies and shipping service providers: I share the information necessary to pack, label, and deliver your order.
- Members of my in-house team: My own team may access order-related information only when necessary for customization, production coordination, quality control, packaging, shipping, or customer service.
- Legal compliance: I may retain, use, or share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to respond to legal process, enforce my agreements, prevent fraud, or protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, my shop, or others.

I do not sell your personal information.

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide my services and as described in this Privacy Policy. However, I may also need to retain this information to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.

I generally retain order-related personal information for 4 years, unless a longer period is required by law or is necessary to resolve a dispute.

5. Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

I am based in China and I may store, process, or access your information in China or in other jurisdictions where Etsy or service providers operate.

If I am considered to transfer your personal information outside the EU or EEA, I do so only as necessary to provide my services, fulfill your order, communicate with you, and comply with my legal obligations, and I rely on legally recognized mechanisms where required.

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you may have rights relating to your personal information. These may include:
