I offer a 24 hour policy on any cancellations or size/color change. After the 24 hour period I will no longer be accepting changes to an order and will be following a no refunds or exchanges for orders that were placed incorrectly. However if you do receive a damaged product please feel free to message me so I may resolve that for you.

If you have specific photos you’d like to use, you can provide them, or you can let me choose photos that best match your vision.
Want a different font or color? No problem! You can select your preferred styles, or I can recommend options based on your design.
Processing Time:
Please note that processing time will vary depending on the level of customization.
Once we’ve finalized the design together and you’ve given your approval, your item will be sent to production.
