4 out of 5 starsI finally received my package after about two months. I’m very happy with the quality however customer service was pretty terror. I had to continuously fight with the shipper because they accuse me of receiving the package, even though it had clearly stated that it had gone back to its shipping point in Virginia. This caused a lot of stress and waste a lot of my time. Usually, I have no problem leaving a good review and I still think that this deserves four stars because of the quality of the item but definitely not for the customer service. Because of this, I will not be returning to the shop, however, I wish you the best of luck! I would recommend this place for buying stones as they are good quality and our is expected. Those who do, I do warn you customer service is not that great.

5 out of 5 starsThe lapis lazuli specimen is as described and a high quality example. Shipping was excellent. The packaging in particular was exceptional. I would be confident doing business with FineRocks again.
