This bread is wonderfully rich and moist with just a hint of sweetness. I have enjoyed this healthful treat with eggs at breakfast and alongside soups at lunch - it's the perfect compliment. I'm also glad to be eating something healthy instead of the empty, flavorless carbs of white bread.
